Message in the picture: “I will forgive you for the wicked things they did, and I will not remember your sins anymore.” From Hebrews 8:12
Scriptures for the day:
Luke 24:46-47 (RKJNT) And said to them, Thus it is written, that the Christ should suffer, and rise from the dead on the third day: 47 And that repentance for forgiveness of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. [read Luke 24:44-49]
1 John 1:8-10 (AKJV) If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us. [read 1 John 1:5-10]
Thought for the day:
God forgives mankind of sin but please do not overlook the facts—repentance and confession are essential for God’s forgiveness. When we meet God’s conditions for forgiveness He—God—who is faithful and just will forgive our sins—be blessed—Tim.
