Don’t worry about your life and what you will eat. And don’t worry about your body and what you will wear. There is more to life than eating. There are more important things for the body than clothes.”

Learn to be Content

Message in the picture: “Don’t worry about your life and what you will eat. And don’t worry about your body and what you will wear. There is more to life than eating. There are more important things for the body than clothes.”

from Luke 12:22-23 (NIRV)

Scripture for the day:

Hebrews 13:5 (RKJNT) Let your lives be free from the love of money; and be content with such things as you have: for he has said, I will never leave you, nor forsake you.

Thought for the day:

One challenge in life is learning to be content, of course some may not accept this concept and do not think they are greedy or coveting when they dream of or desire what they believe is better than what they have. The goal is not to criticize or intentionally offend anyone but to enlighten. Please take time to read and study this lesson with an open mind.

I pray that this word from God helps us to learn to appreciate what we have, who we are and how special we are to God who supplies everything we need. Most of all He helps us learn to be content no matter what the situation or circumstance—be content and blessed in Jesus name. Tim
